Our shipping method is UPS ground, ensuring reliable and timely delivery.

Shipping Time

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3:00 p.m PST. (excluding holidays) are shipped on the same day, and orders placed after 3:00 p.m PST are shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

All our customers are entitled to a free 30-Night Risk-Free trial period!

The free trial period begins on the day your order is delivered. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase during the trial period, we encourage you to contact us at customerservice@puredown.com with your respective order number, along with the issue you are experiencing, and we will respond as soon as possible.

Our 30-Night Risk-Free trial means our customers may return the products for any reason without incurring any return costs. You will receive a prepaid return label and a full refund. Absolutely no questions asked!

 

Refunds

Upon receiving your return in our shipping facility, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Please note that based on the card you used to make your purchase, the refund may take up to ten business days to be credited back.
